Where's the Quark in the recipe?

Quark missing?
by: Gerhild

When I make Quark Stollen, I do the same as Sana ... I replace it if I can't get it. Usually it gets replaced with yogurt ... and for my Quarkstollen, I replace it which sieved cottage cheese ... However, if one can get Quark (or make it, like I've learned to do), then just use that in its place.
