In today’s realm of content creation, blogging is king. It answers questions and engages readers at their own pace. The written word is searchable and establishes a reference for bloggers to share their knowledge. However, when it comes to catching the attention of a potential customer, the current trend of video content should not be passed over because it appears difficult. The perception of needing specialist video software and additional tech skills to create content is now happily fading in the rearview mirror.
After trying various AI video editors, we decided on FlexClip to be our program of choice. What impressed me the most was the ease of drag-and-drop editing, cutting and arranging clips, adding transitions, incorporating text and animations, and audio editing. One doesn’t need any video editing experience to compile a video that looks as though it was made by someone with experience.
My newest website, Tour My Germany, is a joint work with my son, Eran. He's the mastermind of all things video, and I'm passing this review over to him, since he's the one using FlexClip. I'll let him tell you exactly why this is the program we're using.
One of the standout features of FlexClip is the extensive library of stock media assets, which include video clips, photos, music, and pre-designed text animations. It’s also easy to upload one’s own media to use for a more personalized content experience.
The whole video creation process is fairly simplified, yet it still allows an enviable degree of customization compared to that of more advanced software. This is highly beneficial if you’re like me and don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to learning a whole new skillset. FlexClip’s timeline feature is definitely one of the easier ones to navigate and helps maintain a smooth and cohesive flow throughout the video process.
The text editor is also particularly good for adding captions, titles, and subtitles. Especially with captioned video becoming something of a necessity these days, making it an easy experience is most welcome.
What helps more than anything are the AI features, which give you a significant leap forward in the whole video creation process. Speaking as a blogger, if you have already written a post and want to create a “commercial” to draw people to your website, then FlexClip’s AI is absolutely ideal. As you’ve already done the writing, it’s just a matter of inputting your content, and AI does the rest.
The Text-to-Video AI feature streamlines the whole creation process, as you can simply copy in your text, and the AI engine analyzes and converts the text into a video format. With its analysis, the AI selects visuals, animations, and transitions to match your content. Once it creates the video, any changes you want to make are as simple as drag-and-drop. Having the basic video structure in place means that you only need to fine-tune it for your brand.
Say you don’t have any pre-written content, but you have an idea. The Video Script Generator will provide a script based on your idea. Like the previous Text-to-Video Generator, it only needs fine-tuning, and you’re well on your way to the video creation process.
I will confess, this is one feature that we haven’t needed to utilize for our brand’s content. Although, having played around with it, the Image Generator would most definitely benefit other content creators out there. It’s in the same ballpark as Dalle, Midjourney, and a host of other image generators. What is the benefit of FlexClip’s image generator? It is built-in, so you only need to stay on one platform instead of switching from site to site, saving, downloading, uploading, etc. And these days, if time isn’t money, it’s still valuable.
To summarize, we've been very happy with FlexClip. While they’ve asked us to write a review, they didn’t require it to be a glowing one. However, after using their program for several months now, it’s been really beneficial for our brand, and there are no complaints to be had. If you can come up with an idea, FlexClip and its AI-assisted software can help bring that idea to life.
Can you tell we're happy using this tool? Drop me a line if you have any other questions about this.
